Before joining Metricell, Paul co-founded Consilience Group, building a fully tokenized VC ecosystem and raising significant investments. His career includes pivotal roles at Testhouse Group, Nexus Frontier Tech, and easyGroup Ltd, working closely with entrepreneurs like Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou (easyJet) and Brent Hoberman (lastminute.com). Paul has managed multiple exits, including trade sales and IPOs, demonstrating his expertise in navigating complex financial landscapes.
He has worked globally, driving growth, streamlining operations, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additionally, Paul has mentored at the Microsoft Accelerator in London and the Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (GCCEI) in Seoul.
